Akra Meze Festivali Mezeler Sürk Kavurmasi

Roasted Surk


90 g White Onion / 150 g Olive Dil / 50 g Capia Pepper / 150 g Surk (Moldy Cottage Cheese) 


Slice the onion and capia pepper into cubes, and saute in olive oil in a pan. Add coarsely grated surk cheese on the pan, and stir fora few times. Then, rest it for 3-4 minutes. it is ready to serve.

90 g 0nion / 100 g Red Pepper Paste with Low Hotness / 10 g Fresh Zahter (Thyme) / 60 g Green 0live Without Seeds / 5 g Parsley / 50 g Tomatoes


Chop the peeled tomatoes and onions finely. Mix them in a bowl with red paprika paste. Add the olives without seeds and the fresh zahter in the same bowl, and mix them thoroughly. it is ready ta serve. 0ptionally, you may sprinkle some parsley on it.
