Parlak Restaurant
This adventure has begun with our father "Mustafa Parlak” in 1954 in Zincirlihan: and still continues with special grilled meat balls & bean salad, homemade traditional Turkish cuisine and char-grilled chicken.
The tradition that has started with our mother's saying: "i have to personally cook by myself” also continues with homemade tomato paste, pickles, Turkish pastas, tripe, okra and all other items. Many tastes that matches our name "parlak” still continues with quality of our service and hygiene.
